You’ve seen all the claims of people earning enormous incomes by working a few hours a day in an online business. Perhaps you’ve even attempted to get your own online business up and running only to find that you earned a few dollars, but nowhere near enough to make a full time living out of your efforts.
The advantages of social networking are that you can reach larger groups, there are many business groups on social networking sites which allow to network your business ideas to them too, as well as the general public.
Many new internet marketers spend a lot of money buying ebooks and online courses in an effort to learn the secrets of the internet big guns, only to find that the information they’ve bought isn’t sufficient to boost their online business profits the way they’d hoped. This is usually because so many of these gurus are only giving away the basic secrets to their success. They don’t always want you to know the full story.
Some people spend way too much money creating, designing, and launching expensive, professional looking websites, hoping to attract a few visitors to the site and make a few sales.
So how are these internet millionaires making so much profit?
One of the most under-utilized marketing tools on the internet is social media. Static web pages no longer have the same power with internet marketers as blogs and certain social media websites do, so the shift toward gearing your business to thrive and expand using social media platforms seems only logical.
By learning to harness the massive power of social media and blogging, you could easily increase your profits, drive huge amounts of traffic to your affiliate sales pages and be making massive sales easily.
By now, you should be thinking “Okay, great. I’ll start up a blog and create an account with Twitter and blast my affiliate links all over it.”
If you are thinking along those lines, you’re normal. Unfortunately, you’ll soon learn that social media doesn’t work that way. You’ll be labeled a spammer very quickly and ignored by most of the people you’re trying to attract.
You see, social media is about connecting with your visitors. You’re introducing a bit of yourself to them so they’re getting to know you and to trust you. You’re building a relationship with people who will soon identify your brand and your products as being quality items they’re happy to purchase from someone they’ve come to trust.
Imagine what you would do with your profits from your own online business once it’s consistently earning more every month. You wouldn’t need your day job any longer and you could spend more time doing the things you love most.
Life’s too short to waste it laboring in a job you despise. Kids grow up too quickly so that if you’re spending all of your time at your job, you’re going to miss your kids’ most important events. Obviously for all of us spending more time with our loved ones is a huge advantage and what most of us desire.
There’s an old saying: “There’s no point making a living if you’re not making a life.” I don’t know who originally said that, but it’s so true.
Perhaps it’s time for you to begin creating the life you want with the help of social networking.

Business owners need to build trust with people in order to have sales. As a business owner you need to figure out ways to do this. There are many ways to make the trust building process easy and successful but one way is to do online networking.
When done properly, online networking will build traffic to your website which could in turn bring in more customers or clients. It’s also the best way to build trust with potential customers or clients.
When you do networking online it’s different than the way you do it at a live event. There are many different websites for online networking. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter are three of the most popular sites right now but there are many more. You can do a search for social networking sites and find a number of other networking sites to use.
First thing you need to do with each of these sites and any others that you decide to use, is to set up a profile. Each one is different, but they are pretty easy to do. Just follow the steps and before long you will be ready to go. They usually will have a frequently asked questions section if you need help.
Now that your profile is up and running, you are ready to start connecting. Here is a brief description for each of the three listed above.
1. Facebook
Facebook is completely different than Twitter. You set up a profile, list your businesses and anything else you have going on. People can leave posts on your wall and so much more. Facebook also has groups that you can join. You will find groups that are specific to types of businesses, types of people, and more.
Facebook is a great way to connect with clients, customers, old friends, family, and others. You network by posting on walls and in groups.
2. LinkedIn
LinkedIn is a way to show people what you can do and for others to recommend you to people. Your profile contains your education, current and past positions you have held, links to business and blog sites, people you would recommend, people who would recommend you, and your friends.
LinkedIn is a great place to send potential clients if they are a little wary about using your services or purchasing from you. You can either send them directly to your site through a link or you can have a button listed on your site that will take them to your profile.
LinkedIn also has groups, but these are specifically for networking. You learn, help, and meet new people through these groups. You will find corporate groups, business groups, and type specific groups.
3. Twitter
Twitter is described as the online water cooler. You still set up a profile but rather than joining groups, you write short updates about what you’re doing or about your latest product. Twitter only allows message less than 140 characters so it’s very easy to write multiple tweets during the day to promote your business and to form relationships with other business owners.
Networking online is almost better than advertising your business in other ways. You will find people that are truly interested in your business and what you offer when you network the proper way. The three sites listed above are business oriented and will help you grow your business through networking.
Chris Simpson is dedicated to helping people find honest and legitimate work online. Our website offers free articles and resources to help those actively searching to learn how to make money on the internet.

You might wonder whether or not the anxiety you feel is normal. Here are some examples to help you understand everyday experiences of anxiety.
Q: Help! Im deathly afraid of heights! Is this normal?
A: Lots of people have things that make them afraid. If you are afraid of heights, its not considered to be a problem or abnormal unless it is interfering with your life. Consider the following example: your sisters wedding is going to be a mountainside resort with cliffside views, and youre considering not attending. In this situation, clearly, the anxiety is ruling your life. If this is the case for you, then your fears are taking over your life and you should seek help to learn to overcome your fear of heights.
Q: My friend suddenly passed away, and Im having nightmares and feeling anxious about it. Whats wrong with me?
A: Its not unusual to find yourself thinking about someone whom you have lost, or even to dream about them. The best thing to do is allow yourself to deal with the loss in your usual way of dealing with sad events. If you find that you continue to have nightmares, that your anxiety is increasing over time or interfering with your life, then you may want to consider seeking professional help.
Q: My significant other says that I worry too much. Is this true?
A: It depends. Everybody worries now and then. Everybody goes through situations, which might trigger more worry than usual. However, for some people, worry begins to interfere with their ability to think, to concentrate, to relax and/or to enjoy life. At the point that it begins to interfere with your everyday life, then you should consider seeking help.
Q: I have to give a presentation for my class, and Im feeling really anxious about talking in front of other people. What should I do?
A: Many people feel nervous when they have to give public presentations. As mentioned in the above example, its not considered to be a problem unless it is interfering with your life. Thus, if your hands are shaking a little and your voice isnt as steady as it could be during your presentation, but you get through your presentation, then you are probably just a bit nervous and your nerves will get better with more practice. Giving your presentation is the best thing that you can do to decrease your anxiety. If your anxiety is so intense that you skip the class on the day you are supposed to give the presentation, then you should seek professional help to work through your anxiety.
Q: I not only have trouble giving presentations, but I find that I cant really talk to people and I get really nervous when I try to make conversations with people.
A: Its okay to feel anxious when talking to new people or to people whom you want to impress. It becomes a problem when it starts to interfere with your ability to meet people and build relationships. People who experience this type of anxiety often feel alone because of fears of rejection or embarrassment. It may even be difficult to talk to a therapist. If your anxiety around other people is getting in the way of having the types of relationships you want, then you would likely benefit from professional help.
In the above examples, you can see that anxiety can be felt in many everyday situations. In fact, our bodies are built to be afraid and to feel anxiety, and these feelings are a way to protect our safety. However, this safety mechanism can become problematic when it not only protects, but becomes out of your control and gets in the way of what you want to do in life. In this case, you dont need to suffer - you should consider seeking professional help (e.g., seeing a therapist or counselor) from someone who can understand your situation.

Around Early 2008 AOL, one of the largest internet companies, where about to launch a bid to buy a popular social networking site Bebo, a few weeks later we saw the deal had been finalised for a whopping $850. But now just over 10 months on and rumours are circulating that being would like to sell Bebo for a lot less then they initially purchased it due to under performance.
To be honest it does not really come at too much as a surprise as AOL have not really developed Bebo over the past year, besides that Bebo only really had a hold on the UK market without even creating a dent in the American or global sector.
Let’s have a look at a bit of history regarding Bebo, the site was initially started in January 2008 at the infancy of the social networking bubble. The site is very similar to other social networking sites around but it caught everyone’s attention because social networking was still not recognised by the press and media. Bebo was very simple to use, but to be honest I do not think they had the backing and funding to develop as quickly and prominently as MySpace and Facebook.
The two big daddy social networking sites just grew and grew. I have literally seen this myself. I was an early adopter of Facebook and got in there quite quickly, this being said I did have a Bebo, but over the past few years I have seen people migrate over to Facebook from Bebo and I do not just mean one or two people, more like a handful.
So could Bebo in fact be losing its hold on the UK market as Facebook grows even further? Maybe this is the right time for AOL to sell up as in a few years Bebo could end up being only a memory in peoples mind. We have seen this happen all too often with websites as they come and go out of trends.
AOL have also recently changed there business model to more emphasis on niche editorial sites. So maybe Bebo just does not fit into their portfolio of sites which is said to increase to 100 this year. Whatever happens Bebo needs to be sold (if the rumours are true) to a company that can develop and maintain the site and propel it to a new audience and make it compete with the big guys.

We all know that the social media bubble is at its peak, Facebook is one of the most successful social networking sites ever and it has got a vast pool of celebrities using it. Since the sites launch it has grown to become a type of necessity in world culture. Most people that use the site are very active users and they obsessively check there profiles every day as well as browsing there friend’s profiles.
Twitter on the other hand is a simple micro blogging site where users can update there status bars and allow there followers to hear there shouts. The site is relatively new, but has recently had a lot of media coverage due to the rise in celebrity stars using the service.
It is rumored that Facebook offered Twitter over five hundred million dollars in Facebook stock for the site, but Twitter turned it down. But could this end up being a serious mistake made at there end?
A lot of people (mainly Facebook users) do not really understand the need for a service such as Twitter, as Facebook has its own status update section. What is more intriguing though, is the news that Facebook have opened up there API for the status bar section. Which is ultimately what in fact made Twitter the site that it currently is. There is currently a lot of talk about Facebook killing Twitter. So let’s take a quick glance at the reasons why Twitter may or may not last.
Social networking sites are just like search engines, one of the most important facts is how the site is built. Plenty of social networking sites do not stand the test of time simply because there technologies are not advanced enough.
An example of what I am trying to say is to turn our attention to Google. Google simply revolutionarised search with there technology. This is why over the past decade they have shrugged off any rival search engine and will continue to do so unless someone invents a better way of search. The site cannot be cloned or copied because it is just too advanced.
Ok social networking is not exactly the same, each site offers something different but it’s the same core principle, the reason that Facebook will be around for a long time is because it is very hard to duplicate and they have created a solid platform with a great business model in mind.
Twitter on the other hand has none of this, although the site is great for connecting with people in the same niche, it has got nothing to keep a user there. I see twitter as a passing phase in the networking industry. That come this time next year will be saturated with clones. Heck! we are already starting to see the clones popping up left right and centre, simply because the site is too easy to replicate, it just has not got too much thought behind it, one of the main reasons that Digg is losing popularity is because it has just become over saturated with copycats and people are just getting fed up. Have you ever seen a copycat of Google? A search engine that is able to deliver such accurate results? Twitter just saw what other people have done and (Facebook status bar) and increased it a notch, I don’t know if Facebook status bar will wipe Twitter out, but Twitter will probably end up picking there own fate, just as a lot of other social sites have such as Digg.

The reason that social networking is so popular with online business owners is that it works. When you learn how to use social networking to increase website traffic to your business, then you will hae a method that you will be able use now and for as long as you want to in the future.
The best way to learn how to use social networking is to just start using it. There are eBooks and guides out there that you can use to help you, but the best way for you to learn how to do it correctly and effectively is to start using the sites and learning everything. The key is to get involved and build trust with the people that you want to have coming to your site.
The easiest and best way to do that is to provide them with good, quality content. They are looking for information or a product of some type. If you provide

Anxiety and depression are familiar conditions to us, but are also among the most serious illnesses in the world.
There are times when we feel anxious and moody. So what? We all go through the same things from time to time, don’t we? Anxiety and depression are normal part of life. Who has not studied for an exam without having test anxiety, and then scored much higher for it? Anxiety can keep us alert. Depression, on the other hand, can slow us down, giving us time to reflect and recollect ourselves. In other words, anxiety and depression express moods that are familiar to everybody.
But, when anxiety and depression seem to come from nowhere, last for weeks without relief, and get in the way of everyday activities, then we are not talking ordinary moods anymore; they are now illnesses. Anxiety and depressions are one of the most common mental illnesses in the world today.
People with anxiety disorder may have several physical symptoms, like trembling, sweating, muscle aches, nausea, fatigue, palpitation, dry mouth, cold and clammy hands. Emotionally, they are apprehensive, irritable; they have the feeling of impending doom, and they are self-conscious- feeling like being watched and criticized, etc. Obviously, people with anxiety disorder are often left immobilized. Anxiety keeps them house-bound, away from people, not able to do normal and simple for fear of this or that. People experiencing anxiety symptoms should know that it is a common disorder and is very curable. The anxiety symptoms that you may experience include:
Palpitations
Increased sweating
Shaking
Shortness of breath
Chest pain
Nausea or stomach discomfort
Feeling of light-headedness
A feeling of unreality
Feeling of being detached from oneself
Fear of losing control or going crazy
Fear of dying
Feeling of impending doom
Depression, on the other hand, is a serious medical condition that affects the body, mood, and thoughts. It affects the way a person eats and sleeps, one’s self concept, and the way one thinks about things. A depressive disorder is not the same as passing blue mood. It is not an indication of personal weakness or a state that can be willed or wished away. A person with depressive disorder usually can’t pull themselves together and get better. Without treatment, symptoms can last for weeks to years. The treatment involves medications and/or temporary psychotherapy, which can be more helpful with depression sufferer. The symptoms of depressions may include:
Persistent sad, anxious, or empty mood
Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism
Loss of interest in hobbies or activities that were once enjoyed, including sex
Guilty feelings, worthlessness, helplessness
Decreased energy, fatigue
Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
Appetite and/or weight changes
Trouble sleeping or oversleeping, early morning awakening
Thoughts of death or suicide, or suicide attempts
Restlessness and irritability
Persistent physical symptoms such as headaches, digestive disorders, and chronic pain that does not respond to routine treatment.
Anxiety and depression are two different conditions, but they are the same in the sense of the intensity of how serious these conditions can be. They are among the most common and most treatable mental illnesses in the world.

Once upon a time, the only way you could get a glimpse at an adult toy was to order a catalog through the mail that was then sent discreetly in an unidentified brown paper wrapper or unmarked envelope to your home or post office box. From the moment you placed the order for the catalog, you would watch the mail delivery daily and rush to get the mail to ensure that when your catalog came it didnt fall into the hands of anyone else in the home, especially your children or possibly even your spouse.
For the most part, those days are gone. People of all ages are becoming more comfortable and subsequently more liberal in their thinking and attitudes towards adult toys and the benefits they can provide for a healthy relationship between two people. Likewise, with the introduction of the Internet and the possibility of accessing adult toy web sites from the comfort and privacy of your computer, theres no waiting for a catalog to arrive by mail and no worrying about someone else spying into your catalog.
The decrease in taboo restrictions on adult toys may be, in part, due to the liberated thoughts of many regarding same sex marriages. Although this is topic is still very much unacceptable for virtually all religious beliefs, there are areas where such marriages are not only acceptable but are also legal to engage in.
Adult toys are a great way to liven up a healthy marriage with some variety and spice. Although the majority of toys are made for women, there are pleasure toys available for men as well. In any case, what is comfortable for one person may be uncomfortable, embarrassing or simply undesirable for another person. So if you are going to purchase an adult toy for your mate, you should discuss it with them first to be sure that its mutually desirable to use such an item.
Adult toys provide for added stimulation when used properly and can also offer hours of pleasure that might not otherwise be possible. Some toys operate by battery power, allowing for use in water or anywhere else that using a cord may be inconvenient.
With people becoming more comfortable with their own bodies and in some social circles more acceptance of body shapes and sizes of all types whether tall or short, fat or skinny. Couples who are returning their focus to what really matters, which is acceptance of self and others, are coming to realize that adult toys are no longer socially taboo because they are pleasure items to be shared between two people who are engaged in a loving, committed relationship with each other.
Adult toy manufacturers have also returned to the drawing board and expanded the types of toys available to include items that are playful, engaging and arousing. Gone are the days of noisy vibrators that remain stationary and stimulate just one spot and here to stay, it seems, are the options to choose from different types of toys that can take sensual and sexual pleasure to new heights.
Viboutique.com is a great resource for couples who want to spice up their relationships with vibrators and sex toys. Make sure to visit us at http://www.viboutique.com

Anxiety attack may affect your quality of life if not given treatment immediately.
As a human being, it is normal that we feel anxious, worried, and fears from time to time due to the things that our complicated lives bring. Anxiety is just a part of life. It helps us cope with the stresses we may encounter. If you are in a state of anxiety, it is likely that you experience anxiety attack.
Anxiety attack is a sudden surge of overwhelming fear that comes without warning and without any apparent reason and this would usually last for no more than 10 minutes. It is far more intense than having anxiety or the feeling of being stressed out. One in every 75 people worldwide will experience an anxiety attack at one point in his/her life.
Most anxiety sufferers report fear of dying, going crazy or losing control of emotions as well as behavior. The incidents generally provoke a strong urge to escape or run away from the place where the attack begins, and they are associated with chest pain or shortness of breath, and feeling of impending doom
A person with a phobia will often experience an anxiety attack as a direct result to the hung-up trigger. These anxiety attacks are brief and quickly relieved once the trigger is escaped. In the conditions of chronic anxiety, one anxiety attack can usually turn into another one, leading to a nervous fatigue over a period of days.
An anxiety attack has symptoms that often occur suddenly without any apparent cause. The symptoms can be as follows”
-Pounding heartbeat, generally faster in nature
-Increased sweating
-Dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea
-Difficulty breathing
-Tingling and/or numbness in the face
-Dreamlike sensations or perceptual distortions (de-realization)
-Disassociation, the perception that one is not connected to the body and time.
-Fear of losing control and doing something embarrassing
-Fear of dying
-Feeling of impending doom
-Crying, associated to the above symptoms
Anxiety attack usually last for several minutes and is considered one of the most disturbing condition that anyone can live through in everyday life. The way to understand the different symptoms of anxiety attack is: first, comes the sudden jolt of fear with less or no triggering motivation, and then this will lead to a release of adrenaline (epinephrine), which causes the supposed fight-or-flight response, where the person’s body prepares for major physical activity. This results to an increased heart rate, labored breathing or hyperventilation, and sweating. The diaphragm, involved in the action of the lungs, is also a muscle and it can become overly tight. When there is continuous, inferior anxiety, a person frequently works too hard when breathing. However, if there is hyperanxiety or an anxiety attack, there is overwhelming excitement, and a person may hyperventilate.
Because strenuous activity hardly ever arises, the hyperventilation leads to carbon dioxide levels lowering in the lungs and then the blood, resulting to the shift in the pH of the blood, which will then lead to many of the other symptoms, such as tingling or numbness, dizziness, and lightheadedness.
Anxiety attack is a serious condition, but before you start thinking if you have this condition and go running to see a doctor, stop and take a deep breath! Relax before you start having an anxiety attack, even if you actually don’t have it. Don’t take things too hard for it may lead to something serious and may affect your daily routine. Take things lightly. In any case, if you think you have this condition, the first thing you should do is see a doctor. If you are diagnosed with anxiety attack condition, appropriate medication and good counseling can bring your life to normal again. Otherwise, tell yourself to relax and continue to live your life to the fullest.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress and it also helps you cope in tense situations.
Everyone knows what it feels like to be anxious- you feel butterflies in your stomach your actions become topsy-turvy, you can almost hear your heart beat right next to your ears, and you are sweating like you are jogging. These are what you go through usually if you have stage fright and you are required to speak in public, or during your first date (who knows when was that!). These, among other feelings (feelings of anxiety) are normal reactions to stress.
Anxiety stirs you up in action. It helps you deal with a tense situation like focusing on a speech that you are about to give, studying harder for an exam, or staying interesting on your first date to make it to the second, and all that. In general, it helps you deal with any situation that is normally terrifying, especially if you are doing it the first time. I, for one, have many times been in this kind of situation and I can tell you it is only passing. But, if it elevates to excessive, irrational fear of everyday situations, now it has become an immobilizing disorder.
Anxiety disorder can cause you to be filled with fearfulness and ambiguity which maybe felt briefly only. However some anxiety disorder last at least 6 months and has the tendency to get worse if not treated immediately. Anxiety disorders usually occur along with other psychological or physical sickness, including alcohol or drug abuse, which can actually worsen the situation.
If you think you have anxiety disorder, don’t hesitate to seek information about it and find treatment right away before it gets into you. There are effective therapies out there and recent research reveals new treatments that can help most people with this condition lead fruitful and fulfilling lives.
There are five major types of anxiety disorders; general anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panics disorder, posttraumatic disorder (PST), specific phobias, and social phobia or social anxiety disorder. Each of the anxiety disorder has different symptoms, but all the symptoms come together around excessive and irrational fear or dread.
Every normal thinking person is expected to feel anxious in certain areas of his/her life, especially when he/she feels out of control of a situation. There are many reasons that anxiety creeps to your life but if it triggers you to some positive action, then you are handling it the best way. Stop worrying too much after you have done the best you can on any life situation or responsibility. Let things be, if things are meant to happen, they will happen. Enjoy life for there are many reasons to be happy, so why worry?

The sheer speed in which social networking sites are growing is absolutely incredible, for the past three years we have seen an explosion in online networking sites, making it reminiscent of the 1990s internet bubble era. It is obvious that the more and more people come online, the more and more the internet is becoming a huge connection hub.
By all means that is absolutely how the internet should be and was intended to be, the internet was created to share masses of information and now it’s easier than ever before.
We have seen huge growth in sites such as Facebook and MySpace, but the latest online trend is twitter. Twitter is basically a micro blogging site whereas you can post up to 140 characters so that whoever is following you can see your updates, obviously the more followers you have the more your message will be heard.
Although twitter has steadily been growing since its launch it is only recently that it has really had enormous amounts of full media exposure. There are a huge amount of celebrities taking advantage of the service and it has had a lot of airtime as of late.
So that begs one question, will Twitter be entering the showbiz industry? The simple answer is yes, what Twitter is doing is bringing famous icons a lot closer to ordinary people. A regular user can signup and send a famous figure a tweet and in no time the star will read this and personally end up replying to you.
Twitter also has a great API whereas you can create fully functioning applications. We all watch and vote on talent shows which are broadcast on TV, so what is there to say that in a few years’ time people will not have the opportunity to vote on talent shows via twitter. The site takes advantage of SMS messages so it would work out incredibly cheaper to text into twitter than it would texting in to a premium line.
The micro blogging site has a great future ahead of itself and although the site consists of only micro blogging, I believe that the API access was the best thing for them to do because with the sheer volume of useful third party applications the site can grow indefinitely. Putting the time into your tweets will make you build up a great follow ship that can be a great tool indeed.

Owning your own business is difficult enough without having to worry about finding the perfect balance of marketing strategies. Stick solely to traditional marketing strategies and you’ll find yourself potentially missing an enormous demographic.
Try to milk the internet for all it’s worth and you’ll find yourself completely overwhelmed by the number of tools and application available for internet marketing. But what if you used social networking sites as a happy medium between traditional and hard-core internet marketing strategies? Using this one tool could make a huge difference in your business without overwhelming you altogether. Here are 5 ways to get started using social media in your marketing strategy.
1. Create a Strategy. Your competitors have already created a strategy for using social media, so chances are you’re already behind. This means thinking intentionally about how to use social media instead of randomly opening an account here and joining a group there. Spend some time determining the kinds of sites available and evaluating what role they might have in your marketing strategy. Then make a plan to use them consistently and effectively. If you just “go with the flow” you’ll be wasting your time and effort.
2. Brand Building. Social media marketing is like having one enormous billboard advertising your company. Everything you post, every tweet you write, and every comment you make should be treated as a chance to show your audience what your business is all about, what you value, and what you stand for.
The first step to consider is creating a business blog. Chances are you have employees who are already involved in social media in one way or another, so ask them to post some articles to the blog. Be sure your blog includes your logo, a picture of yourself, and any other tools that will help you promote your brand. Use your company’s colors as background on your blog and as wallpaper on your Twitter profile.
3. Choose Wisely. Don’t feel like you need to use every single social media site available. Stick with a few and spend time using them to your advantage. Choose sites that help you connect with your target demographic, that help you show off the components of your business that interest potential customers, and that will be most helpful in connecting potential customers to your business.
4. Find the Right Balance. Social media is so popular that it might initially be difficult to find the right balance between it and traditional marketing strategies. In the end, they should all work together to serve your business effectively. Start with LinkedIn and create a business profile where you can post testimonials and make connections with your customers. Then create a Facebook group tied to your industry or product.
Finally, use Twitter to create a village of those with interest in your industry. Connect traditional strategies with online strategies by printing your Twitter ID on business card and make a place on your website that shows visitors where they can connect with you using social media.
5. Mobility. Many platforms allow you to communicate in real time by downloading applications to your phone. Imagine what you could do as a business owner attending a conference. Sharing with your readers what you’re learning, as you learn it, is a great way to build rapport with and interest in your customers.
Overwhelming or not, young people are exchanging information and making decisions based on social media sites.
If you’re interested in connecting with them as they age, procure more discretionary income, and spend money on things that interest them, then you need to find a way to connect with them now. And you need to make sure you’re defining your business online rather than waiting for others to define you in your stead. Get connected online and let the world know who you are.

Most people industry with panic-unease lean to errand to the strength village first, and this is not necessarily a bad thing. It is commonly accepted that some angst symptoms can be the produce of a real challenge with the body — abnormal thyroid activity is one palpable example.
Nevertheless the great lead of worry and panic harms are not remedial “conditions” caused by a pure disorder. They are emotional harms caused by lowly “view habit.”
With every year that passes, the medicinal village is proper more and more awake that our emotions have a profound effect on our objective vigor. For example, corporeal symptoms of panic-unease regularly appear so dedicated and pervasive, that can be tough to judge emotions caused them, NOT a pure disorder in the body.
Nevertheless even still doctors are proper more sentient of the connection between our kingdom of interest and our objective health, unfortunately, this question of medicine is still not a priority in most medical schools. As an answer, there are bounty of physicians out there who appear a bit clueless about the connection between emotional and unrefined harms.
Anxiety symptoms such as affront stomach, brisk pulse, breathing difficulty, compulsive deep, stinging in the arms and legs, etc. are often treated with medications, as if a tangible health caused them “disorder” or “disease.” In realism, this is a lot like putting a Band Aid on a dejected leg — it does not address the origin produce of the hindrance, and isn’t likely to do much good.
What many doctors don’t tell patients with panic-fear is that opposing-worry medications do not “alleviate” unease troubles at all, or even pleasure the origin of the challenge, which tends to be emotional in quality, NOT brute.
The actuality is that overcoming these types of emotional issues requires an individual to change their lifestyle and their tedious. If you resume the same lifestyle and especially “view usual” that brought on the disquiet hitch in the first place, you can be persuaded the hitch will stay. Prescribed drugs may alleviate some of the symptoms temporarily, but the drawback itself won’t go away awaiting you address the emotional issues that are causing it.
Bad Emotional Habits
As a former sufferer of worry I saw many physicians about the hitch over the existence, and not once in all that time did I ever learn a doctor mention the word “practice” in affection to my unease drawback. This seems odd to me nowadays, as I have come to fulfill that worry is ALL about practice.
The unfussy fact is that we all get into routines in life, and when the qualities pain with angst or panic attacks, it is tidy that they have gotten into a routine (a string of routine) that does not work them well at all. The blend is basically to change the routine, and first and principal, this requires developing new “thoughts habits.”
One vigorous way to shake up your old routine, and ripen new habits is to become very sentient of what you are focusing on in your day-today life. Author and psychologist Albert Ellis is famed for axiom “we become what we think about all day long,” and this is especially exact when it comes to disquiet.
When we focus a lot of attention on anxious and vexed thought, we tend to become more anxious and nervous ourselves. To overcome these problems we must begin to take back limit over our focus, and stop heavy our minds with imagery of drama and conflict (especially unresolved conflict, like you’ll find in many television shows). Panic-disquiet is mostly a free suggest of an imbalance in our lives. Addressing the problem requires us to “shake equipment up” and challenge some of our old habits of opinion — those old (and unhelpful) “judgment habits.”

After Filing A Claim
When filing a Social Security Disability Claim, it is important to be extremely thorough. However, even after you’ve done all you can or should do in completing the required paperwork, there is nearly a 90% chance that your disability claim will be denied.
Don’t give up. It is important to remember that most disability claims are awarded only after the applicant has appealed the denied claim.
Social Security Appeals
Practically speaking, Social Security Appeals come in two forms: 1) The reconsideration, and 2) the disability hearing. The important thing to remember here is that you only have sixty (60) days to file an appeal from the date of the initial claim denial letter.
Filing the Request for Reconsideration may seem redundant and confusing. However, the Reconsideration should be treated as though your disability is at stake. It is very important to consult a qualified Social Security Disability Attorney at this stage of your claim.
Similarly, when filing for a hearing request, you should also have an experienced social security lawyer assist you. Statistics show that claims that are represented by a qualified attorney have a much higher chance of success than those claims that are not represented.
Preparation for An Appeal
How can you prepare for a social security appeal? Well, if you’re simple preparing for a recoonsideration of an intial application, the most important thing is to make sure that you’ve got all of your medical records, and any other statements that may indicate your disabled status. Go over everything with a fine-toothed comb. If you’ve still got plenty of time before your 60-days runs out, you may want to see if you can get an updated narrative statement from your treating physician. An up-to-date statement of disability from your treating doctor is very important.
If you’re preparing for an appeals hearing, you may seriously want to consider discussing your case with an attorney. A qualified social security disability attorney can help pinpoint weak areas in your case, can help you anticipate questions that you will be asked in the hearing, and can help you know how to best answer those questions. Simply put, good client preparation helps win cases. In truth, a good qualified, experienced social security attorney can compensate for so much when it comes to increasing your chances of success at the hearing level. So, if you’re preparing for a hearing, the number one thing is to speak to a good attorney.
What to Do If Your Appeal Is Denied
If your reconsideration application is denied, then you’ll want to file for an appeal hearing right away. Again, a good attorney should always be consulted in this event. Your 60-day clock begins to run based on the date on the denial notice letter, not on the date that you received the letter. The sooner you consult a lawyer, the sooner you can begin to prepare for your upcoming hearing.
For more information, contact a social security disability attorney right away.

Do you feel nervous when you meet new people? Maybe it even makes you feel nervous to be around people whom youve known for a long time. Regardless, if you suffer from anxiety in social situations, then here are a few steps that you can take to help yourself feel better.
First, identify what you are afraid might happen in social situations. For example, are you afraid that you will embarrass yourself? Say something inappropriate? Have nothing to say?
Next, identify a social situation that has very little risk of confirming your identified fears, along with the potentially positive outcomes. For example, you might consider saying hello to the grocery store cashier. The worst outcome might be that he/she doesnt return your hello or scowls at you. It is very unlikely that anything worse might happen. On the flip side, it might be that the cashier smiles and returns your hello. In fact, it might even be more likely that the cashier would do this than your feared outcomes.
The next step is to face that situation. You should fill your mind with positive, encouraging words, such as, I can do this. Many people do this every day. I want to do this. Also remind yourself that there is a high likelihood that you will have a good outcome in the situation (e.g., that the cashier will smile and return your hello). When you are in the situation, your only task is to do a few simple things: make eye contact, smile, focus on the other person (rather than on your fears) and push yourself to be successful in the situation (rather than running out of the situation or excusing yourself before youve accomplished your task). These simple rules apply to any social situation.
After the situation has been completed, you should identify what you have learned from the exercise. Likely, you learned that you can make eye contact with somebody and smile, and that nothing bad or terribly wrong has to happen. In fact, you have likely learned that this task was easy enough to do on a regular basis and would be easier with each practice.
Once you have learned that you can have success in a social situation, continue to practice that situation. When you realize that you have mastered a particular situation and you no longer feel much anxiety in it, you should continue to gradually face increasingly more intimidating situations. Always start with the easiest and work your way up.
Finally, if you had a great deal of difficulty doing the above exercise, then there are a couple of things to consider. Did you start with a situation that was so intimidating that you couldnt follow through with it? If so, reconsider starting with an easier task - it should be one in which you feel only a little bit afraid of doing, or at least one that you believe has a relatively good chance for a positive outcome. If, however, you cannot imagine any scenario that might have a chance for a positive outcome, then it would be helpful for you to have a professional who can assist you in overcoming your fears. It is likely that a professional will take similar steps as those outlined above, but it can often be comforting to have another person who is working alongside you through this process.
Do you feel nervous when you meet new people? Maybe it even makes you feel nervous to be around people whom youve known for a long time. Regardless, if you suffer from anxiousness in societal situations, then here are a few steps that you can take to help yourself feel better.
First, distinguish what you are afraid might take place in swarming(a) situations. For example, are you afraid that you will embarrass yourself? Say something inappropriate? Have nothing to say?
Next, discover a societal site that has very little risk of confirming your identified fears, along with the potentially positive outcomes. For example, you might consider saying hello to the grocery store cashier. The worst outcome might be that he/she doesnt return your hello or scowls at you. It is very unlikely that anything worse might happen. On the flip side, it might be that the cashier smiles and returns your hello. In fact, it might even be more belike that the cashier would do this than your feared outcomes.
The next step is to face that situation. You should fill your mind with positive, favourable words, such as, I can do this. Many citizenry do this every day. I want to do this. Also remind yourself that there is a high likeliness that you will have a good result in the situation (e.g., that the bank clerk will smile and return your hello). When you are in the situation, your only task is to do a few simple things: make eye contact, smile, focus on the other person (rather than on your fears) and push yourself to be successful in the situation (rather than running out of the situation or excusing yourself in front youve accomplished your task). These simpleton rules apply to any social situation.
After the situation has been completed, you should identify what you have learned from the exercise. Likely, you conditioned that you can make eye contact with mortal and smile, and that nothing bad or terribly wrong has to happen. In fact, you have likely learned that this task was easy enough to do on a unconstipated basis and would be easier with each practice.
Once you have conditioned that you can have success in a social situation, continue to practice that situation. When you realize that you have down pat a particular site and you no longer feel much anxiousness in it, you should continue to step by step face progressively more intimidating situations. ever start with the easiest and work your way up.
Finally, if you had a great deal of difficultness doing the above exercise, then there are a couple of things to consider. Did you start with a site that was so intimidating that you couldnt follow done with it? If so, reconsider starting with an easier task - it should be one in which you feel only a little bit afraid of doing, or at least one that you believe has a relatively good chance for a electropositive outcome. If, however, you cannot reckon any scenario that might have a fortune for a positivist outcome, then it would be helpful for you to have a professional who can assist you in overcoming your fears. It is in all probability that a professional will take similar steps as those outlined above, but it can often be cheering to have another mortal who is working alongside you through this process.

All of the talk these days surrounds the economy, things seem bleak but I assure you we who live in 1st world nations have it pretty darn easy. It is said that 95% of the world’s wealth is controlled by 40% of the global population. That means 60% fight over the remaining 5%, doesn’y seem very fair does it? If you are like me living in North American you need to remind yourself every now and again that you have basically won the lottery just by being born.
Yes there are many people even in 1st world nations that struggle to make ends meet. Health care is something almost 15% of all Americans can’t afford and with more and more people losing their jobs every day things are getting worse for this 40%. The big difference between the poor living in say the USA and those living in Asia is that there is always an opportunity to turn things around. We regularly hear about rags to riches stories in the USA but this just isn’t possible for many living in Asia.
There are however some organizations trying to change this. There is a world renowned Economics professor whom started a small bank in his native Bangladesh. While teaching during the 80’s in Bangladesh he noticed just how bad famine was ripping through his country and wanted to try and do something about it. With his background he realized a band aid solution wasn’t going to work; these people needed real tangible life changing ideas to impact their lives for today and tomorrow.
The bank is setup as a business first and foremost but runs itself as a cooperative of sorts. No dividends are ever issued and all of the money made goes back into the organization. So what do they do? The gentleman realized that his fellow Bangladesh’s needed money to pay off debt and small loans to start small business’. In much of the third world families can be stricken with debt that in most cases doesn’t exceed $20-$30. This can take years to pay off as many make less than a dollar a day. Giving these people money to pay off a loan and additional funds that usually don’t exceed $50 to start a new business is life changing!
Many of these new businesses revolve around agriculture; $35 to buy some chickens to start a small chicken business, or to buy seeds and tools to tend a small garden. These tiny investments are enough money for these families to live a comfortable life and become completely self reliant. The interesting part about this program is the money is a loan, with zero interest but it is expected to be paid back.
The founder insists on only lending to women because through his research he has noted women are better with money. Funny he hasn’t been around the women I know! While many women in the western world can be known for their shopping sprees under tight financial conditions women are better at getting by with very little compared to men; now that makes sense me. The loans as mentioned are only given to women and over the past 10 years that this program has been running they have a 99.6% repayment rate. Amazing isn’t it!
The bank does use outside funds to grow this business, but as funds are repaid they are immediately put back into the business. What a brilliant business/charity!
My point in talking about this program is not only to enlighten you about this amazing man and his organization. It is also to remind you how good most of us have it and while things are tight we all need to be reminded that our fortune should be shared. Whether you decide to invest in the bank or a local charity, the point is that you need to give or continue giving!
